Thoughts

Hello young man. Youre turning 40 this year! crazy really when I think back to those days in the snooker hall when we were 14/15 and first met. Been too long since I messaged on here, but dont take that to mean Hannah and I think or talk about you any less. Its just been a crazy few years. Weve got 2 little brats now, Theo who is nearly 7, week before your birthday on 12th June, and Ffion wh weirdly is a week before his, on 5th (and of course mine on 8th) is turning 11 and starting high school. Life is good but busy. Both our careers finally got to where we wanted them, but on man do we all need a holiday given the last 2+ years of this covid shit! 58 days and counting before 2 weeks in the sun all inclusive with G&Ts on the sunbed at 1030am!! Stay well mate and live your best life up there, you did whilst you were down here!

As there is one thing is certain that we had absolutely no chance at all. Who would have said come on Germany, but the Brazilians are rubbish tonight as well against the Dutch. I've started playing snooker again, somehow lost my touch although I've still got my handmade one piece cue, which at least has been used for what it's supposed to recently rather than dragging batteries out from under the bed which is about the most it's been used for in the last 6 or 7 years. Keep well and enjoy yourself. Your death was of course horrific but it certainly made Hannah and I make the most of what we already had and enjoy life as we all now know it can sneak up on you and give you a bloody great smack in the face when you least want or expect it! Cheers mate
